The University Follow-up Division at the College of Basic Education / Al-Shirqat is one of the vital divisions of the University Follow-up Department at the University of Tikrit, as it assumes multiple responsibilities aimed at ensuring the progress of administrative and academic work in accordance with the approved university regulations and instructions.

The tasks of the division are to supervise the implementation of decisions and directives issued by the university administration, and to follow up on organizational matters within the college to ensure compliance with the specified regulations and policies. It also monitors the administrative and technical performance of the various units, ensures the application of instructions related to attendance and discipline, in addition to addressing the problems and challenges that may face the academic or administrative staff within the scope of its work.

The division also contributes to enhancing communication between the college and the university administration, by providing periodic reports and recommendations that contribute to improving performance and ensuring the quality of academic processes. Among its tasks is to follow up on students' activities and organize procedures that promote an ideal learning environment that supports academic excellence and academic achievement.

Thanks to the efforts of its specialized staff, the University Follow-up Division remains an essential part of the university work system, as it effectively contributes to achieving institutional goals and ensuring the smooth administrative and academic processes in line with modern developments in higher education.
