Signing memorandums of understanding with international universities to obtain new scholarships, and transfer modern technology to our university in different fields. Urging professors with the rank of (assistant professor, professor) who have scientific time to complete their transactions in higher education institutions and help them obtain admission. Urge the holders of the doctoral degree to continue their post-doctoral and research studies and benefit scientifically from this study. Hosting professors from outside the university to participate in conferences, seminars, and exhibitions for scientific exchange and competition for awards in appreciation of their efforts.

It is known that Al-Shirqat (the historical city of Assyria) is one of the oldest cities in Iraq and the region, as the date of the establishment of this city dates back to the year 3000 BC, which makes it of a rich and glorious historical value, and from the midst of this human depth, and from the edifices of that ancient kingdom, it is imperative for the people of this city to be inspired by the spirit of dedication and to give rich, tireless and continuous giving in loyalty to their good city and its ancient history. During the formulation and formulation of a university teacher who occupies a high position in his society and possesses the ability and competence to deliver intellectual gains to the new youth on a tolerant and open national and religious basis to diverse cultures, and to build bridges of rational convergence of contemporary thought to develop the concept of good citizenship to the building block of society and men of the future. Perhaps what made this college of clear importance is that it is considered the leading college in the judiciary, as it is the first experience of higher education in it, and it had a great impact on the souls, which led them to join efforts to support it. The goodness of nations and homelands depends on the goodness of their promising generation, as it is in their hands that the energies of creativity explode, and through them culture flourishes and science is enhanced, and all means must be provided that preserve and nurture this generation, including the preparation of a competent teacher who possesses the tools of knowledge, and is proficient in communicating educational values to the fullest, and in the fullest way, and the faculties of basic education are concerned with preparing this model that contributes to shaping the image of the example in the minds of the generation, so perhaps we are not aside from the right thing if we go to say: The faculties of basic education are concerned with nation-building. According to the above, the college has sought, despite all difficulties and challenges, to exert its best efforts to advance and improve the reality of education in the college at all levels by opening the humanities and scientific departments that are in harmony with the needs of the community, as each department seeks to provide its students with specialized study materials, educational materials, and materials in general culture, according to prescribed percentages for each subject and during eight semesters. In order to graduate a competent (university teacher) who is able to perform his educational task at the basic stage of education, and in a way that ensures its promotion. At the level of structures, the college has expanded the construction of halls, the establishment of libraries, laboratories and others, which contributes to absorbing the influential and motivating factors of creativity and innovation, and establishing the foundations of real twinning with the scientific institutions included in the scientific classification and mastering them to be the cornerstone in building our scientific and academic society that achieves the demands of the labor market and meets the goals of the government program to achieve the desired goals.
